Follow these easy guidelines to keep your workout partner in great condition.

Garment care

To ensure that your garment continues to perform and maintains its appearance, you should always follow the care instructions found printed in your garment label. All Shock Absorber garments are machine washable but for specific instructions, please refer to your label.

As a general rule

  • Always wash your items in a low temperature wash, at 40°C maximum
  • Make sure all dark colours are washed separately
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Only iron on a low temperature if stated on your care label.

This garment can be machine-washed. Don't exceed the temperature shown on the icon.

This article must NOT be tumble-dried.

This article can be machine-washed on a delicate wash cycle. Do not exceed the temperature shown on the icon.

This article can be tumble-dried. The dots represent the heat setting that must be used. 1 dot means a reduced heat, 2 dots a normal heat.

This garment must NOT be ironed.

This article must NOT be bleached.

This garment can be ironed. The dots on the iron represent the ironing temperature. 1 dot means the article needs to be ironed on a cool temperature (100c), 2 dots means the article needs to be ironed on a warm temperature (150c) and 3 dots that it can be ironed on a hot temperature (200c).
